The Residents' Annual Report is one way we keep our residents informed on how we’re performing and about the work we do with residents and in communities.

The report provides a snapshot of our finances, resident involvement and scrutiny panel activities, complaints and performance. It also sets out our plans for the year ahead.

We’ve provided a couple of case studies and some facts and figures about how we spend your rent, so you can understand how we operate and how we are delivering on our promises and supporting residents.

Melvin Harwood, Scrutiny Panel Member comments: “The cost-of-living has had an impact on many of us over the last few years and has shown the importance of value for money and the services that we as residents receive from West Kent.

This report highlights the importance of residents’ voices in decision making. Working with West Kent over the last year, I can say I am helping to make a difference.
