Over the last year, we’ve been reviewing our offer to communities for all the neighbourhoods we work in. Thanks to this review, we have launched a new offer to communities which puts residents at the heart of our services.

We’ve spoken to hundreds of residents as part of this review. Their feedback has been invaluable in shaping wider changes to services. We recognise that we are facing a cost-of-living and energy crisis, unlike any the country or county has faced before.

To combat this, we have launched an entirely new offer to communities, with a dedicated team focussed on supporting residents with the cost of living, including:

  • welfare benefits
  • fuel poverty
  • advice, signposting and practical support.

We’ve hired two new fuel poverty advisors to practically help those struggling with their energy bills. We’ve also strengthened our tenancy support team, so they can help residents who are struggling to manage life's challenges- including financial and wellbeing issues- much quicker.

Our annual reports and accounts: Investing in homes, supporting communities

We’ve published our annual report and accounts for 2024/25 and it reflects a year of meaningful progress, shaped by our commitment to putting residents first.
