From 22 September, you’ll no longer be able to access your current My West Kent online account.

You will still be able to make rent payments online, just visit westkent.org/payrent, or call our automated payment line, 01732 749442.

If you make a rent payment between 22 and 29 September, your payment may not show on your account until the following week.

A new and improved My West Kent tenant portal will be available to you from October 2023. We’ll send you an email with details of how to access the new My West Kent portal during the first two weeks of October.

 

Planned computer system upgrade - 19 to 22 June

We're carrying out a routine computer system upgrade from Friday 19 June to Monday 22 June (morning). During this time, some of our services may not be available.
