September 2023

We’re sorry that grounds maintenance work hasn’t been completed in the time scale and in some cases, to the quality we expect. We know this has been disappointing for residents, and some of our communities have not been looking their best.

We’re closely managing CGM to hold them accountable, along with communicating with other providers to ensure all future work is completed on time and to a high standard over the next few months.

We are working to provide a long-term solution to this issue. While we can’t give an update on service charge refunds and compensation, we will update all residents affected in the coming weeks.

Our annual reports and accounts: Investing in homes, supporting communities

We’ve published our annual report and accounts for 2024/25 and it reflects a year of meaningful progress, shaped by our commitment to putting residents first.
