Diane is an Income Manager at West Kent. Over her 25-year career at West Kent her service and support for colleagues has been filled with dedication and compassion. As we continue with the diversity theme for our 35 years of West Kent campaign, we want to celebrate the commitment of staff like Diane, who embody our vision and values.

West Kent Housing Association announces CEO successor

Following the announcement in April that our CEO Tracy Allison was planning to retire we’re pleased to share that Ian Joynson has been appointed as the next Chief Executive of West Kent Housing Association, joining in early 2026.
