The first two rent catch-up weeks in 2021 are the weeks beginning 5 and 12 April.
Rent is payable in advance and your account should always be in credit unless you receive housing benefit or universal credit.
If you owe us money you must continue paying through the rent catch up weeks. This may mean paying by another method because we don’t collect direct debits on some tenancies through these weeks.
