This is your chance to shape how we communicate with residents, influence real projects, and make sure resident voices are at the heart of everything we do. It’s completely flexible: you choose the topics you’re interested in, and you decide each time whether to take part. 

You don’t need any experience, just your views, ideas and lived experience as a resident. 

There’s no regular commitment; we’ll simply contact you when opportunities come up, and you can decide each time whether to take part.

What you can get involved in

Digital design and testing

Help us improve the digital tools residents use every day.

You could test new features, try out early designs, or tell us what works and what doesn’t.

Publications (Neighbourhood News and resident reports)

Shape the information we share with residents.

You can help develop our digital and print versions of Neighbourhood News, suggest or create content, or review our key resident reports to make sure they’re clear, engaging and relevant.

Campaigns (co‑creation and evaluation)

Work with us on the campaigns we run throughout the year.
You can help shape campaign messages, visuals and themes, give feedback before launch, or help us understand what worked afterwards.

Content creation (social media)

If you enjoy writing, filming or sharing stories, you can help us create social media content.
