Keeping your estates looking good
Our grounds maintenance service is provided by Nurture.
The team works in our communities across Kent to make sure our outside spaces are green, tidy and enjoyable for residents.
All our estates receive:
- Grass cutting and hard surface clearance
Eight to ten times a year between March and December - Gullies
Once a year in November or December - Hedges
Two cuts a year between October and March - Beds and borders
Four times a year in February, May, July or August and October - Hard surfaces / paths
Ten times a year
This sort of work is often dependent on the weather so please be patient if they are slightly delayed.
Please remember that communal grass, parking areas and alleyways should not be used for storing your personal possessions. These areas must be kept clear to avoid personal possessions being mistaken for rubbish and cleared away.
Our estate standards clearly set out what you can expect from us and allows you to hold us and our contractors to account when things aren’t going well.
Resident inspectors
The work will be monitored regularly by our resident inspectors. Each inspector completes a feedback form after the contractor has visited, this helps us to identify areas for improvement or issues we need to raise. It helps us to pass on positive feedback to contractors too. Once every three months a report is written and actions are taken based on the feedback received.
