How to make a STAIRs request
From April 2027, residents and their representatives will be able to request access to certain information held by us under the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).
We're currently putting the process in place to support these requests. More information about who can make a request, what information can be requested and how the process works will be published closer to April 2027.
Can't find the information you're looking for?
If you think information that should be included in our STAIRs publication scheme is missing, please let us know by emailing stairs@wkha.org.uk.
We'll review your request and check whether the information falls within the scope of the publication scheme.
Information in accessible formats
We want everyone to be able to access information about our work and services. If you would like information in a different format, please get in touch with us at communicationsteam@wkha.org.uk.

Braille
Audio
Translated copies.
