We'll be hosting a public consultation evening to promote the development of the land to the rear of Mills Crescent, Seal.

At the consultation event, plans will be presented, and representatives of West Kent and our appointed architects will be available to answer any questions. The proposed development at Mills Crescent will consist of the demolition and redevelopment of four dwellings and development of nine new dwellings. English Rural Housing Association will also be promoting their Childsbridge Lane scheme at this event.

Subject to the feedback at the public consultation West Kent would aim to apply to Sevenoaks District Council for planning permission in December 2019.

The event information can be found on our events page. If you are unable to attend the consultation, but would like more information, please email developmentteam@wkha.org.uk.
