We have an exceptional reputation for providing quality homes and excellent community services across Kent. We deliver on our promises, are committed to Kent and our communities and we want to do even more as we look ahead to the next decade.
Since 1989 we have been in business as an independent housing provider and are proud of the organisation we have become. From our G1/V2 regulatory ratings to our strong reputation amongst residents, partners and other stakeholders we are committed to putting residents at the heart of what we do.
Even though we've just celebrated our 35th anniversary, our founding ambitions remain as relevant today as it was back in 1989. Simply, we want to be the best in Kent.
Our '35 years of West Kent' campaign shared 35 stories for our 35 year history, each showcasing a different part of our commitment to providing places to live and giving people space to grow. The stories will link back to one of our four themes: history and legacy, diversity, achievements, and innovation.
