The Kent Excellent Homes for All (KEHFA) extra care schemes were built in partnership with Kent County Council (KCC), Galliford Try and West Kent as part of a private finance initiative.
The five KEHFA extra care schemes offer the additional benefits of a care team on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The care team will visit you to discuss your care needs and care plan. They will also respond to emergency situations and provide a waking night emergency response service, giving you peace of mind if you need emergency help during the night.
To apply for KEHFA accommodation you must live in the borough, or have a local connection. You must join the local housing register for the borough, as well as having your care need assessed by social services.
