We want our residents to be proud of the home and neighbourhood where they live.
We’re reviewing our estate services, which include:
- grounds maintenance
- communal area cleaning
- window cleaning
- bin store management.
Our aim is to produce standards for each service, so you know for certain what work will be carried out, and when.
To do this, we need to know what is important to you – what we do well, and what needs improving. We want as many of our residents to get involved to make sure the standards are representative and inclusive of as many of your views as possible.
You can get involved by:
- Coming along to one of our neighbourhood consultation events
- Completing our online survey
- Having a chat with us over the phone or face to face
We can help you to get to an event if you would struggle to get to us. Email residentinvolvement@wkha.org.uk and we'll get you there.
Key members of West Kent staff, including Neighbourhood Housing Officers will be at our events, as well as Nurture (our grounds maintenance contractor) and Wealdens (our cleaning contractor).
