A mystery shopper can be any resident interested in helping us make improvements to our customer service.
This involves residents contacting our customer services team with a specific task to check the process, what's working well and what might need some improvement. A task could be anything form reporting a leak or domestic abuse to problems paying rent or giving a compliment. It's a great way of understanding more about what we do and working with us to help us give better services to our residents.
We're recruiting residents to join us as mystery shoppers. We'll support you to complete your mystery shops and you'll receive £25 for each shop you complete! We'll give you guidance on how to complete a mystery shop, what to expect and how to submit feedback.
