A mystery shopper can be any resident interested in helping us make improvements to our customer service.
This involves residents contacting our customer services team with a specific task to check the process, what's working well and what might need some improvement. A task could be anything form reporting a leak or community safety issue, to problems paying rent or giving a compliment. It's a great way of understanding more about what we do and working with us to help us give better services to residents.
We recently recruited residents to join us as mystery shoppers. They were trained and supported to complete your mystery shops and we should be sharing the report on their findings on this page in the spring/summer.
