Sharing what you think doesn't have to take up a lot of your time, all residents on our contact list who have provided an email address will have the chance to share their views digitally. We call them our eVoice group. They hear about all our involvement opportunities and can review policies and get involved via email.
The eVoice group hears about all our involvement work and can get involved with surveys, policy reviews and service changes from the comfort of their own home.
So far in 2022 the eVoice group have commented on:
- Unacceptable behaviour policy
- Customer satisfaction standards
- Tenant satisfaction measures
- Changes to our community work
