Linda Hogan Community Fund
Are you looking for additional funds to support your local community group? The Linda Hogan Community Fund may be able to help.
Our fund was named after a member of staff, Linda Hogan, who supported many of our community initiatives but sadly died in 2009 after 11 years working with West Kent.
The fund is one way West Kent supports others to build successful and resilient communities. We can provide financial assistance to help get your ideas off the ground and bring your community together – this could be running an activity, developing an existing project, or starting something completely new.
The deadlines for applications are:
- 15 March (for groups with a maximum turnover of £100,000 per annum)
- 15 June
- 15 October
To be eligible to apply:
- Your activities must be delivered in Kent
- You must be a non-profit organisation or group
- You must be a group (we cannot fund individuals)
We’re particularly keen to hear from smaller organisations that are led or managed by local people and involve volunteers delivering their activities. We’re also keen to hear from organisations who support minority groups.
If you need some more support to develop your project, prepare an application and identify other sources of funding please email communitiesteamadmin@wkha.org.uk.
