You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of activities and services across all of our clubs. Working with the young people that attend, you will also be expected to plan, develop and deliver a varied and inclusive programme that responds to local and individual needs.
With responsibility for 12 members of staff you’ll be expected to identify their training and development needs while also ensuring that the children that attend the clubs meet the developmental targets that have been set for them. You’ll be expected to have a robust system of monitoring in place and to report regularly on progress in each of these areas. You’ll be expected to develop and maintain good working relationships with partners including those from from parish councils and Kent County Council.
You will be experienced in working with young people as well as in delivering youth projects, events and programmes.
With a good understanding of record keeping, you will be confident in delivering to KPIs and in evaluating the quality of youth interventions.
