To do this my teams are committed to ensuring we build sustainability and quality into our current and future homes.

        • If you have knowledge, skills or experience you think are really important to the job, please tell us about it when you get an opportunity or at the end of the formal questions.
        • Interviews are a two way conversation. We allow time at the end of the interview for you to ask us more questions about the job or West Kent.
      • How we decide

We use a range of methods to assess how well your application meets our advertised person details. As well as the supporting information form, CV and interview, we sometimes set tests or other exercises to help us assess the key qualities you need to be successful in the job. The exercise is designed to be relevant to the job you are applying for and to test the skills you'll need.

      • You got the job!

        Congratulations!

We'll contact you by phone to offer you the job and follow up by writing to you with a contract of employment and details of your start date. Our offer is conditional on the results of a pre-employment health check and references.
