In response to the latest advice from the government, we've had to make some changes to the services we deliver to you. We're trying our best to minimise the disruption, but we know this isn't always going to be possible. Please be patient with us - your safety and the safety of our staff is our priority.

To see the changes in detail please visit westkent.org/coronavirus

You can keep in touch with us by joining our closed Facebook group, just for West Kent tenants.

    In summary:

Rent and bills - If you're experiencing financial difficulty due to Coronavirus and worried about paying your rent, please talk to us. We can offer support or signposting to those who can help. No one will lose their home because of Coronavirus.

Repairs - If your repair is not an emergency, we'll ask you to wait, so we can get to those who need us the most. We'll only be completing emergency repairs, and work that is important for your safety (such as gas safety checks). Please don’t call us to reschedule a repair, as we will contact you in the next couple of weeks to agree a future date - most likely once the guidance for social distancing has eased.

Reception - Our Sevenoaks and Swanley offices are closed to the public. If you need to speak to us, you can contact us by email, phone or web chat.

If you have any questions you can message us on social media, email us or use the webchat facility (on the front page of our website).

We are constantly reviewing the situation, and the services we provide, as we respond to any new government guidance. Please keep up to date by visiting our website.
