Tracy AllisonChief Executive
Appointed to the role in November 2019, Tracy is passionate about the role housing associations can play within society. She is a finance director by profession, with an early career spanning the charity and commercial sectors. Tracy is a Trustee of St Mungo’s, a leading homelessness charity, and the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. She is also a board member for the Kent Housing Group.
Cathy McCarthyHousing Director
Appointed to the role in November 2019, Cathy is a champion of providing excellent customer focused services. She is responsible for our housing services including; customer and tenancy services, income and financial wellbeing, our older people and supported housing services, and iNHomes, our in-house gas and plumbing team. Cathy has held senior strategic and operational roles in social housing most recently at Centrepoint, the young person’s homelessness charity, Southern Housing and Origin Housing. She is the Chair of Penge Churches Housing Association.
Craig ReynoldsFinance Director
Appointed to the role in August 2010, Craig is an advocate for learning from others to ensure we use data and technology to improve our business performance. He is responsible for the finance, IT and facilities functions along with risk and governance. Craig is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, with extensive experience in financial planning, treasury and development accounting.
Barbara HomeStrategic Programme Director
Appointed to the role in 2020, Barbara is a change professional who has both customers and staff at the heart of what she does. She is responsible for planning and driving delivery of our ambitious strategic plan and the HR, business performance and project management functions. Barbara brings a wealth of experience, with a background in retail operations and property services for major retailers John Lewis, Waitrose and Sainsburys. She has held senior roles leading on business change, strategic planning and programme delivery at Tui and most recently at Hyde Housing Group.
Mark LeaderProperty Director
Appointed to the role in 2002, Mark is responsible for our property and asset management along with securing and delivering our development new build pipeline. Keen to increase the amount of affordable housing in Kent, Mark is committed to ensuring we build sustainability and quality into all our homes.
Heather BrightwellCommunities Director
Appointed to the role in January 2019, Heather is passionate about increasing the West Kent’s positive impact on Kent and Medway communities through services led and driven by local people. She is responsible for communications and marketing, resident engagement and community investment services. Heather has a community development and fundraising background.
