We have introduced a temporary complaints policy in response to COVID-19. This has changed our timescale for responding to complaints to 20 working days.
It’s always nice to hear when we get things right. If you think our staff are providing excellent service, please let us know the details so we can let them know that you say thanks.
If we get things wrong we want to make them right and learn from our mistakes. We will try to resolve your complaint at the first opportunity but may pass the details of your complaint to the most appropriate person who will try to resolve your issue.
