We’re working with a company called Rant and Rave to find out how we’re doing through regular text message and email surveys.
We’ll be asking some residents to rate our service on a scale of one (very dissatisfied) to five (very satisfied) and tell us why you gave that score. It’ll only take a couple of minutes at the most.
Your feedback, whether good or bad, tells us what we need to do to improve things. Any positive feedback we get, we’ll pass on to the person or team involved. So, if we’ve done something right, be sure to let us know too!

We’ll ask you to complete a survey over the phone after you’ve called us if you spoke to our customer services team and don't have a mobile or email address. If you have a pay as you go phone, you will be charged the standard network rate for your reply.
If you don’t have a mobile phone or email address, don’t worry. You can still contact us and give us your feedback about any services you've received. Better yet, why not look at any resident involvement opportunities available?
