West Kent Extra's aim is to work with neighbourhoods across Kent to create strong, vibrant and supported communities. We do this by sharing our expertise, contacts and experience with neighbourhood groups and agencies so that together we can make life better for local people.

As a tenant or leaseholder of West Kent you are automatically a member of the Association of West Kent Tenants and Residents (AWKTR).

The Tenants' Association was established in 1997 to promote and encourage the involvement of Tenants and to put in place a way to consult with tenants about the services that West Kent provide.
