Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) provide free, confidential and independent advice from over 3,000 locations including in bureaux, GP surgeries, hospitals, colleges, prisons and courts. Advice is available face-to-face and by telephone. Most bureaux offer home visits and some also provide email advice. Advice helps people resolve their debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems and is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.

Energy Helpline compares Gas and Electric prices, finds you a cheaper deals and offers to switch your supplier.
Careers Advice from Directgov provides information and advice on what to do if you are facing redundancy. It contains up to date information and guidance on working and learning.
National Debtline is a helpline that provides free confidential and independent advice on how to deal with debt problems.
The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) is a registered charity offering free, confidential advice and support to anyone who is worried about debt.
