Paying Your Rent
Your rent pays for the services we provide for you and other tenants. It is therefore important that everyone pays on time.Rent is charged on a weekly basis, added each Monday. There are normally 48 rent paying weeks each year - with two rent free weeks during April and two rent free weeks during December. The dates of the rent free weeks will be shown in the West Kent calendar sent out each year. If you are in arrears then you should continue to pay during these rent free weeks in order to catch up.
If you do pay your rent (and don't break your tenancy agreement either) you will automatically be entered into our monthly 'Good Tenant Award' draw for £50.
