Getting involved as a leaseholderWest Kent at present provides a leasehold service to over 154 lessees and 221 shared owners.

Reporting repairs

If you wish to report a repair to the communal area please contact our iN Homes Team on 0800 169 1122. You can also report a repair on line, using our online form. Please remember to say you are a leaseholder. You will receive the charge for the work within 18 months.

Shared Owner Survey 2009.

At West Kent we regularly survey our tenants and residents to find out what they think of the services they receive from us and use this information to make improvements. In a previous survey, shared owners were ‘more dissatisfied with our services than tenants’.  We want to find out why. Please would you spare a few minutes to complete this survey for us - your completed survey will be entered into a prize draw -1st prize £100, 2nd prize £50. Thank you.
