The second of two community events promoting healthy lifestyles and positive financial, physical and mental well-being.
Special guests will be on hand to guide you through the challenges of keeping well and a number of fun activities will be taking place throughout the afternoon including:
- A 'good mood food' workshop and healthy snacks demo, giving visitors tips on how to make quick, healthy and delicious meals and snacks
- Complimentary health checks, giving tailored advice on how to improve your health
- A smoothie bike to create your own delicious, nutritious drink
- A therapy dog from Pets as Therapy, who will also be talking about the work they do.
