How?
We recognise that every neighbourhood is different and local needs may vary from area to area and even from street to street. We work with residents to tailor the projects to their individual needs.
Sustainable local lettings plan
A sustainable local lettings plan may be put into place to ensure the neighbourhood is balanced with a variety of household types to prevent problems occuring. We consult with local authorities to ensure there is a structured approach to allocation and lettings and review the need regularly.
