Neighbourhood Housing Officers (NHOs) spend most of their time out and about managing tenancies, showing homes to applicants, mutual exchanges, dealing with anti-social behaviour and carrying out estate inspections. Each NHO covers a selection of homes which includes general needs, leaseholder and shared ownership properties.

Income Recovery Team
Our income recovery team deal with recovering current tenant arrears, former tenant arrears, recharges and leasehold and shared ownership debts. They do not recover debts on our supported or Emerald homes. The team give advice and information to residents on how to manage your money and access benefits you might be eligible for. Housing advisors and NHOs can also answer basic rent and benefit queries for you.
