To report a repair

Call us on 0800 169 1122 or complete the report a repair form below or visit our offices in Sevenoaks or Swanley.

For your convenience we offer morning or afternoon appointment times.

We will:

  • Send you written confirmation of the repair together with a date and time when it will be done
  • Give you at least 24 hours notice if we have to change an appointment. If we don’t we will pay you £20.

We welcome all feedback about our repairs service - please tell us what you think using our complaints and compliments form.
