Providing you with a safe and decent home is a priority for us.
Our repair responsibilities are described in your tenancy agreement, but as a brief guide we are generally responsible for these areas:
- Repairing and maintaining the services of the building
- The structure
- The outside of the property
- Any shared parts of the building which the property is part of
- Outhouses (will be kept in a safe condition but we may remove them if they become unsafe).
