Housing Plus is an extra service we provide giving residents the opportunity to buy extra repairs and maintenance work (in addition to the main services we provide), in some cases, residents may be eligible for discounts.
We provide these services with our partnering contractors and the iN Homes team so you can be assured of competent, quality and affordable contractors.
Please note that:
- Some Housing Plus services have restricted eligibility criteria
- There are limited funds for these services
- The services are available on a 'first come, first served' basis except where the resident meets the full cost of the service.
Housing Plus Services available are:
- a handyperson service (eligibility criteria apply)
- gold star boiler and central heating service
- grass and hedge cutting service
- tree care maintenance
