Emerald accommodation and flats
If you live in an Emerald home or a block of flats, you receive a cleaning service from West Kent. These services cover the communal areas in your block such as entrance areas which are cleaned on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
If you live in an Emerald home, please contact the manager for details of your cleaning visits.
Schedule for communal areas
If you live in a home with a communal area, the cleaning rota shows when we are cleaning. Please note that most areas are cleaned every two weeks, so the mobile team will be operating on a fortnightly schedule.
Schedule for Ashford, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge
If you live in Ashford, Tunbridge Wells, or Tonbridge, you will receive the cleaning service from RIP Cleaning. Please contact your Neighbourhood Housing Officer for details of the schedule.
