Would you like to rent a garage from us? You don’t have to be a West Kent tenant and we have many garages to rent across the Sevenoaks district.
We also have some plots of land in the south, where tenants may erect their own garages (with our approval).
To rent a garage or plot, download and complete the application form from the related documents links then return it to us.
Your application will be added to the waiting list and we will contact you when a garage becomes available.
If you are a tenant you will need to have a clear rent account before you can go on the waiting list.
You do not have to be a tenant to apply, but priority will be given to tenants.
