Do you believe that your property would benefit from additional security?

The Association of West Kent Tenants and Residents (AWKTR)  manages an annual home security budget of £22,000.

This budget can be used to fund additional security measures such as:

• Additional security to West Kent properties (for example window and door locks, bolts, security lights)
• Internal security equipment for vulnerable tenants or vulnerable at risk properties
• Improvements or equipment that increase estate security in areas where West Kent have housing (for example gates and fences*).

* Fencing will only be approved in exceptional circumstances.

How to apply

If you believe that your West Kent property needs additional security:

• Read the Home Security - Application Guide (in the Related documents section) to see if you meet the selection criteria
• Complete the application form (Related documents)
• Return the completed form to the Resident Involvement Officer.
