Each session features three themes:

Food, fashion and money saving tips. The project is designed to help people save money by:

  • prolonging the life of their existing clothing by adapting and updating their current clothing. (In a similar way that Gok Wan does on his TV programme!)
  • giving tips on how to save money and be green. 
  • helping them to think creatively in their menu planning, making food go further and using up leftovers.

The first session was held in Edenbridge in June 2011, followed by a second session in Sevenoaks in September.

The next session will be at the White Oak Leisure Centre in Swanley on 28 March 2012. If you would like to come along please call 01732 749420 to book your place.
