The Scrutiny Team are a group of residents who scrutinise West Kent’s services and help find ways that West Kent can improve. The Scrutiny Team are currently carrying out a review into how the complaints process is managed and how satisfied residents are with access and delivery of the service.
Your feedback will only be reviewed by the Scrutiny Team.
