  • West Kent has just over 5,900 homes in west Kent, Medway, Ashford, and Maidstone

  • We are in the top quartile (lowest cost) among our peer group (LSVTs in the South of England) which is a high performing peer group
  • Our rent arrears stood at 2.6% against a target of 2.9% at the end of December 2009.
