The West Kent Board is our governing body and all members except the chair are volunteers.
A quarter of the places on the board are reserved for tenants.
The role of the board is to provide strategic direction, ensure accountability, to resolve tensions between stakeholders and to support and advise management.
The board is committed to high standards of corporate governance and has adopted the National Housing Federation's code of governance.
