Building homes
In partnership with local authorities, parish councils and communities we aim to satisfy the need for affordable housing in a responsible and acceptable way
Our new homes activity concentrates our stock holding in a way that enables us to help create a sense of place and help meet local needs. We therefore aim to work in the growth areas of Medway, Ashford and Maidstone as well as in our immediate local west Kent areas of Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and Malling.
We are flexible enough to find solutions to get schemes completed and to take on projects that make a real difference, from one-off special needs projects, rural schemes as well as longer term plans of large S106 schemes producing many hundreds of new homes.
We are committed to building high quality homes and providing long term housing management services to ensure our residents are given every opportunity to help themselves, their communities and the environment.
